Orders and pricing

Prices shown include any taxes stated at checkout. An order is accepted once it has been confirmed; until then we may decline it — for example if an item is no longer available or a price was shown in error.

Returns and refunds

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received.
